Working with adults, teens, groups, couples, families, and mental health practitioners.
Individual Therapy (In-person & Virtual)
The majority of my practice consists of treating individuals aged 13 and up. Individual therapy typically begins with weekly 45-50 minute sessions. Depending on various factors, it may be appropriate to meet either more or less frequently. The aim is to make measurable gains in therapy while being provided the tools to continue to grow once therapy is discontinued.
Group therapy is a good option for those who thrive in a peer-supported environment and for those that require a lower level of care or are looking for a lower-cost option to therapy.
NOTE: Group therapy is currently on hold due to COVID-19. Please check back for updates.
Significant others, family, and friends
While I do not provide general couples or family therapy, I do prefer to incorporate the client's support systems. When a loved one has OCD, those close to him or her are also affected and can serve a vital supportive role in their loved one's journey. Having a loved one sit in on a session or two is often suggested but not required.
I also provide consultation to mental health and health care providers. The fee is $150 for 45-50 minutes.
For individuals looking for aggressive treatment within a short period of time, I offer intensive treatment options. If you are interested in intensive treatment, please mention it during the free consultation.
I can come to you if you are seeking in-home services. Fees depend on travel time. Please contact me for more information.
My customary fee for a standard 45-50 minute appointment is $150.
I am not contracted with any insurance providers, however, I can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company and ask if they offer coverage for out-of-network psychotherapy services.
