Phobias

Phobias are intense and irrational fears of specific objects, situations, or activities. They can lead to significant distress and avoidance behaviors. Common types include specific phobias, social phobia (social anxiety disorder), and agoraphobia. Treatment options often involve exposure therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and, in some cases, medication. Addressing phobias can greatly improve an individual's quality of life.
